As a firm believer that whole body wellness balances the physical, spiritual, emotional and intellectual components, it would be naive to think one person can “wear all the hats” as a mentor and coach in all these areas. This is why I choose to refer to additional licensed wellness professionals and experienced experts. I personally know each one of these individuals and can vouch for the incredible work they do and wellness gifts they provide to clients. Overview of the process:

✓ Schedule a 30-minute discovery call where we will discuss lifestyle, goals, dieting history, etc. to determine if my coaching is a good fit   

✓ Complete client intake form

✓ Within 3-5 business days, Maria will provide 1) a customized nutrition plan as well as targets for things like activity/exercise, sleep, hydration, etc. 2) a 25+ minute recording walking through your exact plan 3) nutrition & grocery ideas PDFs

✓ Recurring weekly check-ins to monitor how things are going (including digestion, energy and stress levels, etc. in addition to any personal health goals the client may have) and answer any questions. Maria will provide feedback to check in within 24 hours
